Water supply

The inhabitants of MĀRSILI are provided with the water of highest quality – you can drink it straight from the water tap. Water usage is comfortable at home as well as in the garden, as the supply of water guarantees pressure up to 5000 mBar in every property. The property developer built the central water pipe in 2002 in MĀRSILI that gave opportunity to connect to the „Rīgas Ūdens” (Riga Water) water provision station „Baltezers”. In 2015 a new water filtration system was built in the process of modernisation, investing 7,7 million Euros.

Gas

All MĀRSILI properties have access to natural gas as the cleanest and most convenient way of heating. The gas flow reserves at MĀRSILI are large enough to ensure supply to the whole territory.

Electricity

Considering the growing demand for clean electroenergy in the world, MĀRSILI has created sufficient electroenergy supplies to ensure the necessary amount of electrical energy for all MĀRSILI properties (up to 30 A).

Wastewater systems

All properties in MĀRSILI are connected to a central wastewater system that takes the waste waters to the Rīga city wastewater treatment plants, so ensuring proper protection of environment. In 2015, by financial support of the European Union, modernisation of the wastewater systems has been commenced.

Paved and illuminated streets

Currently all streets in MĀRSILI are paved and illuminated. The territory is being equipped by LED lights, following the newest technological developments. To add to the safety of the MĀRSILI dwellers, CCTV systems are being installed.

Inernet

MĀRSILI has strong and stable internet connection provided by telecommunication company „Baltcom”. A steady system modernisation work takes place on regular basis to ensure the most modern solutions for the most demanding clients.
